It is good but there are a lot of factual errors. Here is a corrected version:

Good evening, today I will talk about one of the world’s leading countries that achieves success in so many fields, the UK has a made a significant attribute in the globe. The UK has a massive economic system. Today it is the sixth largest economy in the world and the third largest in Europe after Germany and France.

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is a European country surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, the North Sea, the English Channel and the Irish Sea. The country is very unique as it includes the unity of four countries: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to form one country, the UK.

According to the last census that was conducted in UK, the total population was approximately 59 million yet more recent estimates in 2009 suggest the population is at 61 million. The Greater London Urban Area has a population of over 8 million which means it hold 13% of the UK's population and is one of the busiest cities in the world. The main language spoken in the UK is English, although there are many other languages spoken such as Welsh and Gaelic.

The presence of famous land marks such as Big Ben in London is one of the reasons why so many people visit the country and why it's a popular destination for holidays. Beg Ben, the most famous tower that stands in London is recognised as the world’s biggest clock. Throughout the countries are also plenty of examples of outstanding natural beauty such as Loch Lomond in Scotland. Wales also boasts Pembrokeshire coast, and Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland is considered a natural wonder.

To sum up, going through the special qualities that the UK possesses we come to see an outstanding character. What the United Kingdom is now, is a result of the ability to interact and trade experiences with other cultures.

NOTES:

- You're getting the terms England, Great Britain and the UK mixed up. England is a country within the United Kingdom. Great Britain is an island, not a country.

- The Queen doesn't run the UK. She is the Queen of the UK, not England. Gordon Brown is the current Prime Minister who runs the UK.

- What country are you from?

Hope this helps.
References :
I hope your presentation went well, I'm sorry I didn't see this question earlier.

One thing I'd like to point out is that the United Kingdom and Great Britain are not the same thing. Also, you say 'England' and 'English', when you mean 'the UK' and 'British'. Here is a video which explains the differences:

One big thing I think you missed is Parliamentary democracy, which was created in Britain and today has become the system of government used in the majority of the world's democracies.
