Particularly the coastal perimeter of the continents but also the river valleys going inland. I know there are Databases with massive co-ordinates but I’m not a programmer so it’s a bit hard for me to use them. Any imaginative ways (not including manually tracing contour maps all week)?
60m is rise in sea level said to be equivalent in volume to polar ice caps melting entirely (wont happen for maybe hundreds of years but soon will be "built in" to system with business-as-usual).
Many atlases show maps with shading that indicates elevation in a sort of three dimensional fashion. Just use your own map as a base, and with a soft pencil indicate around the continents where you would anticipate that 60 m line would be. I would not bother being any more accurate than practical. It is only to indicate areas expected to be inundated, right. Many countries have low and recessive coast lines that will be completely covered with water if a rising sea level happens. Personally, I don’t believe it will. I see it all as a ploy to get us buying and using electric cars.
There was a hole in the ozone layer, remember. It was never ‘fixed up’ but it seems to have just faded away. That’s the way this global warming ‘challenge’ will disappear, too. I would not worry about it very
much. But we can and should clear up our act down here.

I know you said you were not a programmer, but if you are familiar with GIS databases at all, some of the open source software is fairly user friendly. Or even if you had access to ArcGIS, you shouldn’t have to program anything, the tools provided would allow you to map the 60m above sea level.
That being said, DEMs would be the best way to go for the software route. You could try to see if the USGS has a map with a user interface where you could alter the map online with their data.
